include :
1. Study the case and determine the appropriate bankruptcy procedure and submit it to the competent authority.
2. Representing the debtor in the administration of bankruptcy proceedings, holding meetings with
creditors and presenting the plan related to bankruptcy proceedings.
3. Collection of creditor’s rights from a defaulting or bankrupt debtor.
4.Submitting applications in favor of the debtor, such as lifting the stay, stopping lawsuits and
requests for execution, so that the debtor can activate the commercial activity and work on its
continuation.
5. Providing bankruptcy trustee services.
6. Providing consultations, necessary lawsuits and objections to the decisions of the court, trustees
and the bankruptcy Commission.
